Seller is not responding and order is in revision, requested a progress update and the deadline is over too

While it's understandable if the Seller encountered a problem (with the order or external), it's unreasonable to not keep you informed and updated. If the seller does manage to deliver, be sure to rate the order, as communication is one of the options for review.
