The start of a fiverr day? Is that a thing?

So hey I am new to fiverr and I was wondering when does fiverr refreshes everything. Like 10 offer limit count or the forum max post count per day. I looked through the forum and googled it but didn't find anything around it. If it's not too troubling, please tell me the UTC time for it.

Pretty sure it's UTC (Coordinated Universal Time for anyone unsure) 0000, from what I've observed.
