So I advised one of my customers to cancel the order he made, because i didn't want to stress myself cause the buyer gave requirements that might not be possible for me to complete and he didn't want to cancel probably because he couldn't find any other person to do the job, I pushed and got to a place and some functionalities are just impossible to implement, and the order is almost due, so I am not sure what to do

You can say to your client for cancel this buyer request If you cancel this Order iT will effect in your Profile

Please reach this marketplace customer support center and also tell them about your issues there. Then they will cancel this order and also mention to them there was not your fault, So don't change my order completion rate there...
