 I have faced the same problem a few days ago.

May be he is busy with another work or out side of network

You informed buyer agreed with you

Do you send him custom offer or not

as scenario you may not complete conversation to get a order.

You can send a custom order form buyer.

I sure if had no problem then you will get order from buyer.

I submitted an order yesterday. But the buyer has not yet accepted it. He is still online. I knocked him to accept the order, but he did not respond. What can I do?

May be he is busy or checking your work.

Sometime the delivery is being assessed by a team or group. In such instance, your client may be waiting for feedback from other members of the team. It could also be that he/she has revisions on your delivery but has not yet concluded on what to revise. Note that if there's nothing from client within 3 days, the project is thereafter, automatically marked as 'completed project'.

Don't ask buyer to complete the order. he will do. If not, it will complete automatically after 3 days.

Don't warry. Deliver after you complete the order. If the buyer does not accept delivery, the money will be automatically credited to your account after 3 days.
