How to make a Buyer withdrawl

Hi,

Had a order cancelled. Now how do I make a withdrawl?

 

Seems fine for seller but nothing for buyers? or nothing on my account at least.

if you both use fiverr resolution to cancel order and both buyer and seller agreed on cancellation you will get refunded within 2 days or sooner.as to my knowledge.

Thanks but funds are showing sitting on account. Could not find any obvious way of withdrawing.
