I have got my 1st order But Buyer did not gave me themes

Buyer said his hosting & Gaming Arcana Paid theme is ready and also given me the order. But later on he only given me the order . No hosting & aid theme. I am continuously sending messages to provide me the requirements but  not giving answers he only seen my messages. What Can I Do Now?

If there this buyer still didn't reply after that.., my best suggestions will be contact Fiverr CS.

Hopefully they can help you cancel the order without getting penalty.

 

IF Fiverr CS can't help you.., then and Buyer still not provide you with the requirement..,

Better to cancel the order.

IF you still decide to send any delivery.. it has a chance it will makes your buyer mad, and give you bad rate.
