Outstanding Fiverr CS help cancelling project

Hi everyone.

I have great experience with CS.

So.., i have buyer who want to cancel the ongoing project.

We still have 3 days before deadline.

and suddenly Buyer ask me to cancel the project, because this Buyer use a wrong credit card.

This Buyer ask me to cancel the current order and later ask me to send another order later once we cancel this project.

 

So.., i contact Fiverr CS.., maybe they could help me cancel the project without reduce my order completion rate.

and just in 6 hours.., Fiverr CS help me solve the problems.

Overall.., outstanding CS experience for me..

Really satisfied.
