Some people post fake buyer requests. They put there gig URL in to gain clicks and impressions.

If you see this happening, you should report these sellers to CS, as this is against TOS.

Yes. Just yesterday, I reported one such seller.

Yes, I also faced this type of issue before but finally you written on that. 
I think few of person misusing this option and we're lost motivate to write another buyer request.
