Buyer forcing me to cancel the order

You can cancel this order , I think buyer not satisfied with your work if it's right then buyer can cancel by support . It will effect your profile :)

I have good kind of experience with this situations. It's better to cancel the order rather than finish the order. In my situations Fiverr CS team cancelled the order that is still affect at your completion rate too but it is fine if you have good profile it's much better then having bad review.

If you cancel the order from Fiverr Support, it will not have much effect on your gig

contact to Fiverr customer support and show your evidences (screenshots of gig package) they will cancel it for you without hurting your rankings and order completion
