Buyer's review not showing up after tip?

Hi there, so I’m still within the 10 day period and the buyer tipped me and said they submitted their review but it’s not showing up? I’m pretty new to Fiverr so I’m not sure what the process is. The last time somebody reviewed my gig, it sent me a notification immediately and then I had a chance to review them as well I believe. Is this process different when tipping is involved? My client was very happy with the service and wants to leave a review.

Just to caution you, it’s not a good idea to discuss reviews with a buyer. That said, I would suggest your buyer open a ticket with Customer Support. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
