omar_marketingb Posted April 18, 2021 Share Posted April 18, 2021 It’s not restricted, fiverr sent you a warning for sending spam messages. You might have sent same messages to many people/ sent messages to your previous clients/ sent messages that is not supported by fiverr TOS.
