Suggestion to add new feature

As a seller, I am facing some problems for the direct order. Sometime buyer order basic package when buyer should order Premium package. In this situation, most of the time buyer ask for refund which is not good for seller. So I have a suggestion if there is a option to accept or decline a offer.

This option is not available, and you can cancel order through CS customer support so it doesn’t affect your statistics.

Also you should make mandatory requirements. I made couple of purchases last month and none of the sellers had mandatory requirements.
