Question about using different 4G

so my internet connexion box is bad, I sometimes use 4G of my phone, which is not that fast too, if I use another 4G device, can my account risk something ? It would be 3 different IP for 1 account I guess.

My ip changes every time I restart my router. My account hasn’t had any issues so far.
