This is absolutely disgraceful. I experienced the same yesterday evening and the hacker has taken a handsome sum off me. I have reported to CS but they say they cannot guarantee getting this amount back to me. This is unacceptable! Shouldn’t Fiverr be doing more to secure its sellers. What do we use their platform for when they cannot protect our earnings?
