maulin2good Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 I violated the TOS for one of my order which was really stupid on my part. Now I lost my level one status because of that (this was one month back). I asked support they said you can regain it over time but they say they cannot give an exact time frame.I have maintained positive ratings ever since. I get 2 - 3 orders a day on average but I have a 24% cancellation ratio (as I had fallen sick before) which I am trying my best to reduce.Has anyone experienced this ? How long does it normally take to regain?
