I think you have it backward. OP has one less click on the 23 than on the 22 of December and fewer impressions too.

I do not think it is a bug, as in both cases, the statistics are for the last seven days. So, one day dropped off, and a new day took its place. Therefore, it is possible to have lost a click and the impressions on the day that dropped off.

That’s probably what happened. The first day of the week in consideration you had more impressions. Stats are updated since the last seven days, so, dropped the day with the most impressions, the numbers changed that way.
