  3. Another benefit is that you will get hundreds of buyer requests now, if you are into submitting those. As a new seller you get only a few per day, but the minute you become a Level 1 Seller, you get hundreds of buyer requests on the buyer requests tab.

  9. Hello everyone. Thank you for reading. I need your responses fast right now because I am about to deliver something. I made a video for someone, but it exceeds the Fiverr 1 GB limit. I am uploading it to google drive and sending her a link, but don’t I have to include something in the delivery to complete it? I need this answered quickly please, as there are only a few more hours left in the delivery.
  10. This buyer obviously wants to make money off of you. I myself have had a case like this happen, and it’s super annoying. In my case, I got lucky and was able to contact customer support and I guess they decided I was right and refused to refund the order to the buyer. But this happens extremely rare. I don’t think there is much to do, but you should try to ask them if they would like another revision. See what happens.

  12. Contact CS (customer service) and ask them why it was denied. Of course, only contact CS AFTER you see what you did wrong. If you didn’t do anything wrong, then you can contact CS and explain your situation. 😉

  15. Yes, exactly. You HAVE to check more than once a day, especially when you are a new seller.
  16. Does writing and translation have to do what you do? You write blog posts. You could put your category as other, and then put in what you think represents what you do.
  17. When you made your gig, what category did you put it in? That is unusual. I have not heard of this happening before.
  18. Your gig seems to be pretty good. Are you submitting buyer requests every day? You can find many tips on how you get them, and how to be professional when submitting one to maximize your chances of getting a job. To get buyer requests, to to your Fiverr home page and look at the top where you have all your options. Click on more, then buyer requests. Buyer requests are a very good way to start on Fiverr and get your first few jobs. Since you are a new seller, you will not get all the buyer requests, so if it says there aren’t any, check back in an hour or two. Checking them 3-5 times a day is a good idea. You can research buyer requests on the Fiverr Forum here and find out many topics about it. Your gig seems to be fine, I would just take the tips I wrote above and never give up! Hope this helps!
  19. On the inbox page, hover over one of their messages. You will see a little “report” there. Click it. Fiver asks you why you want to report. Your report will be kept anonymous and private. Your options to report are below: The user asked for payment or wanted to communicate outside of Fiverr. The user behaved inappropriately. The user sent spam. Other Click on one of these options and hit next to complete the reporting process. You can also block them to avoid receiving messages from them in the future. Hope this helps!
  20. I checked it out, and I like how it is structured and everything about it. However, there is one thing you could improve on. When you edit your gig, you can add FAQ’s to your gig page. This is very helpful to answer very frequent questions, and can build more trust in the buyer. I suggest you add 2-5 FAQ’s to your gig to make it look even better. Hope this helps! 🙂
