How to find buyers offer?

Hi, I am just starting in Fiverr, I know that one way to grow is to send offers to the buyers that are looking for some service. But I can`t find where are the buyers request to send them my offers.
Can you help me to find that?

there are less buyer request that appear in certain time regarding your region…

So you have check availability everytime and find the suited time…
