Where is the Promoted Gigs Button?

Hello, 

I am in Level 1 now and should be able to get promoted Gigs. However, I don't see the button. Is that because I need 20+ Reviews and I just have around ten? I thought Level 1 is all I need ?

Okay it just appeared, I think it just took some time after I switched to Level 1. 
Another question: Reguarding the daily ad budget - what are the recommendations for maximum views? I have 40$ now, should it be more ?

Do any of your gigs have the "reccomended" tag under their name, If so most people tend to just hit auto and choose a number their comfortable with like 10-15% of the price of one of your orders as a rough guess.
