Just one order cancel and order cancellation rate is 100 to 67

I am a level 2 seller now. But I am not understanding the order cancellation rate policy. My order completion rate was 100%, Tow days before I just cancel one order by mutual cancellation Now my order completion rate is 67 but why?

Only 1 order cancellation my order completion rate is reduced from 100% to 67%. It is very shocking to me.

If anyone knows this order completion rate reduces full algorithem please share with us. I want to know this full policy.

Actually, i don’t know how they calculate this. My response rate drops all the time and getting it back up is a problem even though i always respond within 2hours

It’s just a basic percentage, but only the orders you completed within last 60 days count.
So, if you completed 2 orders and cancelled one your completion rate will be 67%.

We can’t advise unless we have the total of numbers received in the 30 day period and the total amount completed.

It’s math. A fraction. Nothing to do with the algorithm.
