Can I text my client to refer him to his friends?

Is there any problem if I sent a message to the client to recommended his friend for hiring me? Does this go beyond the rules of FIVERR?

You can’t message buyers -even if they purchased your service in the past- unless they message you first.

What @frank_d said - the golden rule here on Fiverr is “don’t speak unless spoken to.”

As a seller, I even get a few would-be sellers every week that cold-contact me asking me how they can sell their own writing gigs on Fiverr. I find it incredibly rude and inappropriate!

Yes, you can. I will recommend to do that after getting 5 star review (when your service is really awesome.)
