I only leave less than 5 stars reviews to scammers or insulting buyers. Otherwise, I forgive buyers who cause small troubles considering no one is perfect.
Usually, these sellers do not have good communication skills. Simply a diplomatic approach will help.
For example:
"Hi, currently I am overwhelmed with other freelance projects and personal responsibilities. Please come back to me 3 weeks later and then I would love to help you"
Most buyers are not going to wait for 3 weeks. They will simply hire any other freelancer for the required job/changes.
That's what I am saying to not offer unlimited revisions. But even someone is offering unlimited revisions they should try to stand their ground against pushy buyers who come back months later expecting a free service from seller.
That's a risk with unlimited revisions. But in most cases, buyers will back off when sellers show some confidence and stand their ground.
Otherwise, the sellers can work like slaves if they are afraid to lose money.
When buyers call me Hi man, Hi mate. It puts me off to work with them. Obviously, I am a man but you do not need to tell me that everytime to buy something from me.
And for mate, I am not your husband or friend why would you call me that?
Do not worry and just respond to the review in a professional manner. One negative review will affect your gig rankings for sometime (one week or more).
