Please Give some priority and facilities for the seller

Last day Fiverr Customer support Cancelled an order. Then i try to contact with my buyer but I am unable to cotact with him. Because Fiverr maybe banned him from Fiverr.

But I want to know if the buyer did any wrong with Fiverr and for this reason Fiverr cancel the order so why Fiverr add extra cancelation % in my account cancelation rating section where i don’t know anything! 😥 is it fair!!
Why I am suffering for this type of situation.

**I think Fiverr have need to update their system. 😑
