Is 93% a good response rate?

Hello! My response rate has always been at 100% because I quickly respond to ALL of my messages, but today it went down to 93% and I’m not sure why! However is 93% still a good response rate? I still have no clue how it went down?. Thanks!

90% and higher is good. Less than 90% will keep you from going up a level.

I’d contact CS (include screenshot) and have them fix the issue if you’re sure you haven’t missed anything. Something similar happened to me before. It’s likely a bug.
