Can i create a new account afteer Deactive my account

100 days ago my first Fiverr account was disabled by the Third-party Claim.
after 90 days I have already withdrawn my remaining funds.

now, I want to Deactive my first account and then I will create a new account as Fiverr can’t active my first account.

Please help to provide the information,

how can I do it?

Yes, he violated TOS, and he can not open another account ever again, but to like this, you want him out of the platform?
