Video File Formats for Gig Preview

Hello Fiverr Community,

I have finished several Unity Game Prototypes for my clients and made videos with the XBOX Game Bar
I uploaded them in .mp4, but the web player doesnt recognize them properly but is also not giving me any error when uploading.
Can I use mp4 for my gig previews or do I have to use another file format?

Would appreciate any help!

Yes Fiverr’s player accepts .mp4 - it’s probably the default/most common format. As long as it’s something standard like h264 encoded. Try making it a standard frame rate, frame size etc.
