Got warning for sending spam messages

Hi, basically I’m a buyer but due to high number of orders I posted a request as a seller. I sent a message to the sellers who sent offers on my request in which I wrote about the work I wanted. After a while, those same messages sent to all clients were marked as spam and I received a warning.
Can I contact Custom Support to have this warning removed or is the warning once received can’t be undone?
