Yes.They are providing me a url, But when I open link go to fiverr dashboard. see

Did you check the approved permission for the Fiverr app?
Please check if the camera access is allowed or not, after that, it should work perfectly.

PS: if you still face this issue please inform fiverr support regarding this

In this verification process you have to allow your camera permission from your device. Go to your phone camera setting option and turn on the camera permission and try to complete verification process.

I have seen the same issue where app setting don't have option of camera permission.
