Fiverr Promoted Gig option

I got the option gig promoted, i did it but i noticed that here is no impression, clicks. daily per click limit was 8 and fiverr have gifted 10$. It keeps same yet , 3 days has gone i made promoted gig but nothing happened to me

Can you tell anyone with this issue?
