Skill test exam on fiverr

Hi, Do I have to give the skill test exam before publishing any gig related to social bookmarking or backlinks?
Some one please help me with this…

If you are a new seller who has opened account it’s better to take some skills test. Cause in some category gig will not publish until you take few specific test. Taking from experience
