Hi respected all sellers, recently I got a message from the buyer and I reply to the buyer. He send me his job details than I told him to give me a few minutes let me see your job details. after checking all details then I tell him yeah I can do this but unfortunately, he send me a message and tell me the job is filled. So now I want to know after this situation my profile get a bad effect.

The only way messages affect your profile is via your response time/rate. A buyer choosing to go with a different seller is not going to negatively affect you at all.
