  1. If there was a known method of how to do that, everyone would be doing it. No one can tell you how exactly to get your gig on the first page because no one knows. If you're offering a good service, you won't need to be on the first page to get orders anyway.
  2. There are no "tricks" to get your gig on the first page. If they existed and were known among the community, everyone would be doing them. At that point you may as well not bother because we can't all be on the first page. What I suggest you do is work on improving your gig. The category you sell in has a ton of competition, so don't rely on Fiverr to hand you orders either.
  3. Without knowing what you yourself are doing to try and get orders, it's hard to say. Are you promoting your services elsewhere? Do you have a website of your own? Your category has a large amount of sellers, possibly more-so than most other categories. That means there's a lot of competition, and it'll be harder for you to stand out. Don't rely on Fiverr to hand you orders. Working on Fiverr isn't a get-rich-quick scheme; you'll have to work hard if you want any kind of success here. There are plenty of helpful posts on the forum that can give you good advice on what to do - I suggest you look through the seller tips section: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/forum/16-tips-for-sellers/?sortby=views&sortdirection=desc I think this post is a good place to start:
  4. Yeah, I've got the Fiverr app - the countdown isn't there either. I see the "I have everything I need" button, so I'm just going to leave it be. Did you just cancel yours in the end?
  5. Got it, I'll ignore it for now and take a look in a few weeks. Thank you.
  6. Yesterday I had a buyer submit two orders at the same time. I'm unsure how exactly that happened, but requirements were only submitted on one of them. When I look at my manage order page, that second order says it's due in 8 hours - but there's no countdown on the order itself. I understand that the countdown won't start until requirements are submitted, but it does seem odd that it says the order is due later. Is this what it's supposed to look like? I'm tempted to ask CS to cancel the order without affecting my stats. For anyone that's dealt with this before: does that work for you, or is it best to just leave it alone? -Mark
  7. This is the forum - almost all the users here are either buyers or sellers. We aren’t Fiverr support and we can’t help you get access to your account. If you want to contact Fiverr support, here’s the email: support@fiverr.com Or if you’re able to log in, you can create a new ticket here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
  8. I can think of three explanations: They blocked you - I think this is the most likely one. They were banned from Fiverr (unlikely since you see them as online)Site error. Clear your cache, or try a different web browser. If they did block you, it’s best to just move on and find someone else. Weird thing to do if you got to the point of discussing pricing, but there’s nothing you can really do about it.
  9. Link to create a new ticket: Fiverr.com Login to FiverrFiverr is the world's largest freelance services marketplace for lean entrepreneurs to focus on growth & create a successful business at affordable costs. Alternatively here’s the email address you should use: support@fiverr.com
  10. Unless you mean you were messaging them and they said they could do it… Sellers can’t reject orders. We can limit orders in queue, pause gigs and go out of office. If you place an order, that’s it - there’s no approval or rejection that we can do. Then they probably should be limiting the amount of orders they can have in their queue. It’s possible they’re unaware of that feature. Because they’re busy? Bit of a strange take, just find a different seller.
  11. Yes. You need to contact CS before creating a new account to get permission. Why didn’t you just create different gigs? If all you’re doing is offering different services, I don’t see any reason to close the account entirely.
  12. It means exactly what it says - website issues on Fiverr’s end. I got the same a few minutes ago but seems okay now after refreshing the page.
  13. Either they moved to a different country, or they were pretending to be from somewhere they’re not. Wouldn’t worry about it if they have a history of providing good quality work. If it bothers you, just go with a different seller.
  14. No, because that would be spam. It’s the equivalent of random salespeople calling your mobile to offer you a product you most likely don’t want.
  15. There is no answer to this. If there was a specific method of getting your gig on the first page, everyone would be doing it. All you can do is ensure that you’re offering a quality service and present it well. I recommend you read through this post when you’ve got some time:
  16. Thank you very much for your answer Yes, the amount is correct on the income page But on the order page, the amount has been reduced by more than 20% It’s a bug. Don’t worry about it. What it says on your earnings page is what you’ll get.
  17. The answer is Fiverr takes 20% from both the tip and the order. If you’re still seeing less than you should on the order page, it’s a bug and you should see the correct amount on your earnings page. If your earnings page is also incorrect then you should contact CS. Otherwise, don’t worry about it.
  18. 1. Yes, it supports both formats. 2. Instructions below. 3. No 4. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with asking them to tick it. As long as it’s a request and not a requirement, you should be fine. 5. For Audio only projects, it shows up next to your gig videos/audio like the one on the right: If someone comes across your gig in search, they’ll be able to see whatever is on your live portfolio by clicking to the right. 6. No Go to your profile, click the 3 dots on the gig you want to enable this on: Select advanced Click Live Portfolio
  19. You can create a support ticket here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new Or email support at: support@fiverr.com
  20. Could take weeks, could take months. I recommend you read through this when you’ve got some time:
  21. No you can’t. Honestly, did you choose not to read anything anyone else said before you replied to a year old topic? Using two accounts on the same computer is likely to end with both accounts banned.
  22. It tells you how to do it on the same page you screenshotted that…
  23. I don’t understand. How did the buyer contact you in the first place if not on the Fiverr site?
  24. Well they messaged you first, right? Of course that’s fine. If it’s someone that hasn’t sent you a message on Fiverr at all, then no I wouldn’t advise messaging them first. The buyer should be the one to initiate contact.
  25. It’s an automatic process. If you drop below the requirements then yeah, that’ll happen. Nothing you can really do about it unfortunately.
