Order cancellation rating down

Hi, there,

The Order was cancelled by mutual understanding , from buyer end. but my Order cancellation rating down.

Please also suggest me how to handle this critical situation, :-

4 time’s different buyer purchase my basic gig in $5, and provide the huge amount of work, i send the request for order modification but some times buyer not accept (and why countdown run during order modification),

How to avoid direct purchase, buyer should be discuss their work first !.
