I have 2 people who want work done, but haven't said anything in days(no orders, no information)

I have 2 people who want me to draw for them, the first one is for some meeting, the second is for D&D, the problem is the meeting person, and D&D person, haven’t replied in over 3 days!! The meeting person, gave me a little information, and then never responded after, and the D&D person said thanks for answering to my request, here is what I need,… and Nothing!

So the question Stands, What Should I do?
