Query about negative rating

Hey i want to ask about negative rating i have received.

I delivered the work to buyer, but he did not like it however i think it was a good work

He gave me a thumbs down rating, But can i cancel order my mutual cancellation? and will the bad rating stays or not by mutual cancellation?

If you give refund via mutual cancellation (in case the buyer accept), the negative feedback will no longer exist (already tried it) 😃

Reply to @adi_6294: In that case review will not be removed, if you contact customer support they will refer you to buyer to ask him for review removal.



You have to work with buyer and convince him to remove the review.
