Blocking sellers and leaving buyers

This is a message I got after being blocked for allegedly offering a service that goes against TOS. My question is when bock the seller and yet the buyer purchases the same services from sellers that have been left. Besides, I believe blog-related gigs are not in any way a violation of Fiverr TOS I dont understand.
