(Seller) Not accepting messages at this time

I was in the middle of working out a gig with a seller and this message came up: (seller name) is not accepting messages at this time.

Why would this happen? If it is a case of the seller blocking me, why would they do that? It seems really bizarre when I was about to pay them to do some work.

Most likely the seller is temporarily banned from Fiverr, maybe that person did sth wrong or against the rules, and need to be investigated with that seller
