If your buyer left a review (of any kind) you will not be able to see that review until you review them. Once you do so, their review will be made visible on your gig. If you choose not to leave a review for the buyer, their review will remain hidden for ten days, and then will be automatically made public on your gig.

Sellers and buyers both get 10 days to review each other,

But seller can reply to buyer’s review and explain his side as a response to the comment !
