Hi, I’m new to Fiverr, I set up my first gig and was about to take the English test, when I tried to do it, the page reported: “ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used”, although it was my very first try to take the test, couldn’t even start it. What might be the problem, and do you know who is able to help with this?

Can we get this bumped up? I just slaved away for 3 hours on my profile only to be locked out because of a similar error- claiming that the ‘ticket’ was already used, which lo and behold popped up the moment I selected to do the test. For the first time.

That’s basically it.

I’m not familiar with that since it wasn’t required when I signed up years ago. You will need to send a ticket (question) to customer support.

It’s very odd and seems to be a bug.
