Buyer gives negative review

Recently I get a negative review from my buyer. I just want to know is this creates any problem for getting an order? and I also feel so sad about it…Anyone plz suggest me

It’s kind of a “soft” negative review and you have a lot of 5* preceding it. I think, you should be fine.

Yeah I also think there’s no big reason to worry. Don’t be sad, it happens and try to figure out what led to this review (misunderstandings etc. happen), so you can also use this as a feedback to improve! 🙂
