I am not going to shave my face, it took me 6 months to get a beard also I never got the notification either, I made my account way back in 2015 and then what about my username ? with that have to be changed as well ? The avatar is a place where you need to put a photo from you (fiverr recommends). Some people are using it to put their logos. Or put a drawn version of yourself.
