I’m a level two seller. Also I’m a professional logo designer. I did not get any direct order since January. Last month, I did few works of my repeated buyer. And most of the time I got a smart tip and a great review.
So, what is the problem and where is the new buyer?
Could you make a valuable suggestion for me?

Just promoting is not enough, you have find/create targeted audience and then promote it to them.
