How to refund 50%

Hello Guys, How are you? as my buyer tells me to refund my 50% money so, how I get it back to my client? anyone knows let me know that, advance thanks.

Partial refunds are not offered via the Fiverr platform.

Not sure why a client would end up asking for that but don’t expect fiverr support to help you.

It is your responsibility to manage the client and make sure they get what you agreed upon without them feeling like they are entitled to a refund.

You could refund 100% of the order, then message the buyer with a custom offer for 50% of the order.

So if the original order was $100, the custom offer should be for $50.

There’s no guarantee the buyer will honor this deal.
