They didn't give me TOP RATED status

Hi Fiverriance,

I am disappointed that fiverr did not give me TOP RATED status though I have achieved all the requirements they gave. I contacted the support and they informed me that my gigs may have some problem. I searched all my gigs and cannot find any. So, I need help of some experienced person to figure it out what is going wrong.
