"Buyer Requests" appears totally empty

Hello, I haven’t been hired yet but I see the job posting page is totally empty on my account. It’s the screen that says “Buyer Requests” at the top.

I saw a screenshot from another person’s account and there are over 1,000 listings. What do I need to do in order to view or unlock these jobs?
