I recently cancelled an order, but I don not believe I got my money back. I would like to talk to somebody from customer support. How can I get in touch with them?

Actually what you got was a credit to your account to use on another gig, fiverr does not actually refund your money

Reply to @tn5rr2012: Ok, so I got a refund, do i have to do anything else to get access to it? I bought another order and it just took it out of my paypal account again…

You should have to do nothing else. You’ll also want to verify you got the refund by looking at the word after the gig you believe to have been refunded under you “My Shopping” sub-choice under the “Buyer” tab
