Experienced freelancers usually charge more than newbies. So, there might be some buyers who are looking for a newbie who is offering products/services of comparable quality (to that of an experienced seller) at cheaper prices.

So, if you can prove to such buyers that you got what it takes and are willing to charge lesser than the experienced sellers, they might end up purchasing your gig.
