How do you handle arguments or negative feedback from Fiverr clients?

I follow these rules:

1. Don't argue with the buyer. A Client/buyer is always right. Always!

2. Never ever say anything to a buyer/client that may 'insult, embarrass, offend' him/her. Not publicly, not privately. Never!!

3. Even if the buyer/client gives a negative feedback, don't try to prove him/her wrong. Just accept it and move on.....
