You’re not ready to offer WordPress service. You don’t have the skills and your English is not good enough.

Here’s what you can do

• Take some WordPress courses (Udemy, Treehouse, Darren Wilson)
• Sign up for English courses (Coursera)
• Get freelance advice from Troy Dean or Brad Hussey

And once you have done all this you can give it another try.
