Because everything in the forum is public, and thus discoverable. That’s just one important reason why you need to what you say here and be professional here. Any topic in the Fiverr forum that is public is visible and also shows up in Google search results.

@nikki_design, I recommend focusing on developing and growing your business so that it will be inconsequential to you if a prospect doesn’t follow through. When you waste emotional energy and time getting frustrated about a sale, that’s time and energy you could be spending on improving your business. And fixating on something like this can create the impression that you are unprofessional and desperate. You don’t want that. It’s terrible for your business.

Some buyers are unfair and sometimes you face disappointments. I know it sucks, but that’s the nature of business. Make these things less likely to happen or limit the impact on your business by trying to figure out why someone doesn’t follow through on an order. Like @uxreview said, when your business is successful, these things don’t matter and you have to move forward either way. Improve your business and you’ll get more orders.

Maybe you did something that was off-putting or maybe it just wasn’t clear to the buyer how they would get a return on the investment of working for you. Or maybe they got busy or forget. There can be many explanations, many of which you can improve if you improve your business.
